EQUIPMENT LIST for the Fall 2011 Field Trip
We have limited space in the vans, so please try to be as compact as possible. Kemp Station does have beds and they provide linens (sheets, pillow, blankets). They do not provide towels or washclothes.
PACK these away in a compact duffle or pack:
- Towel
- Extra t-shirt or two
- Long sleeved shirt
- Fleece or wool sweater or jacket
- Flashlight or headlamp
- swim suit, sandals, shorts
PACK these in a daypack, so you can reach them during the day
- Journal, pencil or pen
- water bottles for the day (2, filled)
- Sunscreen, Sunglasses and sunhat
- Bug spray--especially CRITICAL for ticks
- Rainjacket (and rainpants if you have them)
- Lunch and snacks for the first day
